Role Description
We are seeking a Production Engineer – PCB Soldering for a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves performing precision PCB soldering, assembling electronic components, maintaining production equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Production Engineer will contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes and troubleshooting any production issues that arise. Collaborative work with the engineering and design teams to enhance product quality and efficiency is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles
- Practical knowledge of Electricity and handling of electrical components
- Experience with Power Distribution and Power Systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in soldering techniques and PCB assembly
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is an advantage
