For an upcoming cosmetic and pharma tube manufacturing plant in Delhi NCR looking for a highly experienced Plant Head to lead the setup end to end — from machine commissioning to commercial production.
The Role
Greenfield plant setup. You will be the first and most critical hire — responsible for getting the plant from zero to full production. Direct reporting to the Promoter / MD.
What We Need
✅ 20+ years in cosmetic and pharma tube manufacturing — seamless PE, ABL, PBL laminated tubes
✅ Has set up or commissioned at least one tube plant from scratch
✅ Deep hands-on knowledge of extrusion lines, heading machines, tube offset printing, capping, and QC systems
✅ Experience handling International machinery — installation, commissioning, troubleshooting
✅ Knows pharma tube quality standards — GMP, ISO, leak testing, batch documentation
✅ Can hire, train, and manage a full plant team independently
Ideal Background
Currently working or previously worked at an established cosmetic or pharma tube manufacturing company in India with a strong track record in plant operations and production leadership.
