Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physics Faculty (IIT-JEE & NEET Specialist) based in Puducherry, India. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching physics topics with a focus on preparing students for IIT-JEE and NEET exams, planning lesson modules, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and assessing students' progress. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other departments, guiding students in lab and project work, and staying updated on curriculum changes and advancements in the field of physics education.
Focus: CBSE Curriculum + NEET/IIT-JEE Foundation & Advanced coaching.
Location: Puducherry (Residential)
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Physics or a related field.
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physics or a related field is preferrable.
- Proficiency in Physics, Theoretical Physics, and practical applications of physics concepts.
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in Physics.
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and its application in physics problem-solving.
- Experience and knowledge of Physics Education methodologies, especially for competitive exams like IIT-JEE and NEET.
- Deep understanding of competitive exam patterns (NEET/JEE) and the ability to mentor high-achieving students.
- Previous experience teaching in a competitive exam preparation environment.
- Experience in Cambridge/IB schools is a plus, but mastery of the CBSE senior secondary syllabus is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
