Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated Technology Intern for a 1-month contract (extendable based on performance) who wants hands-on experience in:

• Scalable PHP-based web application development
• Real-time production projects
• AI experimentation and prompt engineering
• Documentation, testing, and system optimization

This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure beyond just coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in development & maintenance of scalable web applications
• Work on Core PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Tailwind CSS, HTML, SQL
• Debug, test, and optimize applications
• Collaborate with senior developers & cross-functional teams
• Prepare technical documentation:
• LLD (Low-Level Design)
• HLD (High-Level Design)
• Write & execute Test Cases
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Identify bugs & suggest system/process improvements
• Contribute to AI initiatives:
• AI image & video generation
• Structured prompt writing aligned with business needs
• Support basic design tasks when required

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PHP & Object-Oriented Programming
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic understanding of MySQL or related databases
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication & teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with technical discussions
• Interest in AI tools & emerging technologies
• Healthcare tech exposure is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed CS / IT or related degree

Work Expectations

• 6 days working (Remote)
• Minimum 4–6 hours per day
• Flexible based on project needs
• Proactive learning mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation & Policy

• Stipend: ₹4,000 per month
• Payable subject to attendance & task completion
• No stipend if intern leaves within 10 days / no-show
• Performance-based extension opportunity
• Internship performance review for long-term opportunities
