Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Pharmaceutical Project Engineers based in Palghar, Mumbai. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring pharmaceutical engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing installation and commissioning of equipment, and ensuring timely project completion within budget. The position also requires preparing technical documentation, resolving engineering issues on site, and collaborating with contractors and vendors to maintain compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Management skills for handling end-to-end pharmaceutical projects.
- Candidates should possess robust Project Planning and scheduling skills to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess domain knowledge in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines for technical decision-making.
- B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, or HVAC engineering, with 5–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with WHO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements, as well as safety standards in pharmaceutical facilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; exposure to CAD or engineering design software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
