Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Instruct Classes XI and XII in English Language and Literature based on board guidelines.Lesson Planning: Design and execute engaging, interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse learner needs.Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through regular assignments, tests, and projects.Examination Prep: Prepare students effectively for board examinations, focusing on writing skills, literary analysis, and comprehension.Language Enrichment: Foster critical thinking, creative writing, and public speaking through literary clubs, debates, and presentations.Academic Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and remedial guidance to improve student performance.Collaboration: Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), staff meetings, and school events.Qualifications & RequirementsEducational Background: Master's Degree in English (M.A. in English) from a recognized university.Teaching Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teaching degree.Experience: Usually 1 to 5+ years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
