Requirements
- Post-Graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
- B.Ed. in Science or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a senior secondary school or junior college setting, preferably in Maharashtra.
- Strong subject knowledge in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with expertise in practical applications.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, manage diverse learning needs, and foster a positive classroom environment.
