Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize **PPC campaigns** |Google Ads| YouTube Ads | Meta AdsI
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions) and improve ROI
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Assist in **influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations**
- Support **digital media buying and budget planning**
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of **PPC (Pay-Per-Click)**
- Familiarity with **Google Ads / YouTube Ads / Meta Ads**
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience managing social media pages
- Exposure to influencer marketing
- Basic knowledge of content creation or video editing
