About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive lead generation, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing performance.
📍 Location: Sector 15, Noida
🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

🎯 Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and campaign tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
