🚨 Hiring: Performance Marketer (Meta Ads – D2C Sales)
📍 Work From Office ONLY – Mira Road, Mumbai (do NOT apply if you want WFH)
🗓 Monday to Saturday
💰 3.6 – 5 LPA (if your expectation is higher, please don't apply)
Who we are:
We're a digital marketing agency managing performance marketing for 30+ D2C and personal brands. You'll get hands-on exposure across multiple industries and ad accounts from day one.
Who we need:
✅ Minimum 2 years running Meta Ads for D2C brands
✅ Proven experience driving WEBSITE SALES (not leads, not branding)
✅ Hands-on with Pixel/CAPI setup, catalog (DPA) campaigns, ROAS-based scaling, and creative testing
✅ Has managed meaningful monthly ad spends (₹3L+/month preferred)
✅ Must have own laptop
❌ No Lead Gen-only experience
❌ No Branding-only experience
❌ Only D2C-specific CVs will be considered
