Job Summary
- Position: Paid Sales & Outreach Intern
- Duration: 3 Months
- Mode: 100% Work From Home
- Products to Sell: SEO Internship & Digital Marketing Internship
- Internship Fee: ₹999 per student (Which you have to Market & Sell)
- Main Goal: Connect with interested students and convert them into paid internship enrollments
- Freshers and students can apply
- Strong communication and basic sales skills preferred
- Opportunity to get promoted to Sales Team Leader within 2 months
Responsibilities
- Post internship openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Naukri, Apna, and other job portals
- Create and publish promotional posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Contact interested students through WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Understand candidate interest and guide them to join either the SEO Internship or the Digital Marketing Internship
- Maintain the lead tracking sheet and update daily follow-ups
- Share daily progress and enrollment status with the team
Stipend & Incentives
- 1st Target: ₹30,000 sales achieved || Stipend: ₹7,500
- 2nd Target: ₹50,000 sales achieved || Stipend: ₹7,500 + ₹6,500 Incentive
- If the target is not achieved, 20% of the total sales amount will be paid
Promotion Opportunity
If you achieve the target in at least 2 months, you will be promoted to Sales Team Leader with:
- Starting Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Opportunity to manage a team

You will reach out to interested students, answer their questions, guide them according to their interests, and help them enroll in the right internship.
