Millenium Marbles is looking for a responsible and proactive individual to join our team as an Hiring & Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hiring and recruitment coordination
* Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
* Managing staff coordination and daily team activities
* Handling employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
* Supporting management with team handling and communication
* Coordinating with different departments and following up on tasks
* Maintaining discipline, workflow, and office processes
* Assisting in onboarding and employee management
Requirements:
* Prior experience in HR, administration, or operations preferred
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Strong organizational and people-management abilities
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
* Candidates willing to take ownership and go the extra mile preferred
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 6 PM
Experienced candidates preferred.
