We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves managing backend operations while ensuring smooth communication with customers through calls, emails, and SMS.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day backend operations and data management

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and SMS

• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly

• Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues

• Ensure timely execution of tasks and process efficiency

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
