Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Operations Executive to join our team at Green Pista Labs. This role is ideal for someone who can drive business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and market growth
Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
Operations
Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
Oversee order fulfillment and dispatch with a focus on quality and accuracy
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Support logistics and inventory management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in relevant roles (Freshers welcome)
Strong understanding of business development and customer relationship management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
