About the Role
Bluzee is looking for a highly capable Odoo Pre-Sales Functional Consultant with strong expertise across core ERP modules and the ability to engage customers with clarity, confidence, and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements across domains (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, POS, etc.)
- Conduct discovery sessions and map requirements to Odoo capabilities
- Deliver impactful product demos tailored to client needs
- Support proposal preparation, solutioning, and effort estimation
- Work closely with technical teams to align functional and implementation aspects
- Build trust with clients through clear communication and timely responses
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, POS, etc.)
- Prior experience in pre-sales / functional consulting is preferred
- Excellent communication and articulation skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into ERP solutions
- Good stakeholder management and customer engagement capability
- Structured thinking and solution-oriented mindset
