Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Hiring O2C with Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include overseeing order-to-cash processes, managing accounts receivable, handling debt collections, ensuring timely cash collection, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection to maintain effective accounts receivable processes
- Excellent communication and Customer Service abilities for client engagement and issue resolution
- Finance knowledge to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial policies
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address discrepancies effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional experience of 2 to 4 years
- Proven ability to work in an on-site team environment and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic workplace
- Proficiency in relevant financial tools and software is a plus
Order to Cash (O2C) cycle – especially , Cash Application, Accounts Receivables, Collections
💼 Experience: O2C with Cash Application 1 to 2 Years | CTC: Up to ₹3.6 Lpa
O2C with Collections2 to 4 Years | CTC: Up to ₹ 6 Lpa
✅ Shift: should be flexible with the Night shift
✅ Full-Time | Permanent Opportunity with MNC
