Role Description This full-time on-site role is for an O2C (Order to Cash) Executive based in the Pune Division, supporting operations in Mysore. The O2C Executive will manage end-to-end order processing, including verifying order details, entering orders into the system, and tracking order status to ensure timely fulfillment and invoicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and payment queries. The executive will handle customer service activities related to order and payment inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and support reconciliations and reporting for the O2C process. This position is suited for experienced professionals who can join immediately and work effectively in a structured, general-shift environment.
