Role Description
The Mortgage Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of mortgage products by identifying potential customers, providing them with product information, and guiding them through the loan application process. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, managing customer queries, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan disbursal and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and closing deals efficiently.
- Customer Relations: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Financial Products Expertise: Knowledge of mortgage products, banking services, and financial regulations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Basic Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and basic financial tools for reporting and tracking.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certification is a plus.
- Additional Qualities: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude with a results-driven approach.
