Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert. The individual in this position will plan, set up, and optimize campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and brand awareness for the clinic. Daily responsibilities include keyword and audience research, campaign creation, budget and bid management, A/B testing of creatives and ad copy, and ongoing performance monitoring. The role involves preparing regular performance reports, analyzing results, and recommending data-driven improvements to maximize return on ad spend. This position will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with clinic services, promotional activities, and overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad managers to interpret metrics and refine campaigns.
- Ability to develop targeted digital advertising strategies, including audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel-based campaign planning.
- Solid skills in writing clear, persuasive ad copy and collaborating on creatives that align with brand guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with landing page best practices and conversion rate optimization to improve lead quality and patient acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience
