Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai for a Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, source and onboard candidates, and collaborate with clients to meet their staffing needs. Responsibilities include supervising the recruitment team, ensuring service quality, conducting training sessions, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure successful hires that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and team members
- Experience in Service Quality management to maintain high standards of staffing
- Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs for team development
- Organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple assignments and teams
- Relevant experience in manpower outsourcing or recruitment services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is an advantage
