Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Freelance role located in Preet Vihar. As a Hiring Manager, the candidate will lead recruitment activities, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure service quality in all talent acquisition operations. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with management teams, facilitating training programs, and improving recruitment processes to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates, teams, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in ensuring Service Quality in HR and recruitment operations
- Skills in Training and onboarding employees
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the HR industry or related fields is an added advantage
