Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hiring Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive hiring goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions
•Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
•Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
•Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
•Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews of candidates
•Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
•Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
•Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data
•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
•Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
•Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
•4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT hiring mandatory)
•Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
•Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
•Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practices
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in handling bulk hiring and niche roles
•Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
•Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
