🚨 HIRING: Manager – Business Intelligence (BI) | RCM EXPERIENCE MANDATORY | Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – Business Intelligence (BI) with strong RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience to lead a team of BI Analysts and drive reporting excellence, automation, data quality, and data-driven decision-making.
🔴 RCM EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
🔹 Experience: 7+ years in BI / Data Analytics / Reporting
🔹 Team Management: Minimum 2 years managing or mentoring BI/Analytics teams
🔹 RCM Experience: Mandatory
🔹 Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
🔑 Key Skills
• Advanced SQL – SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Power Query & Power Pivot
• VBA / Macros
• Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP & Dynamic Arrays
• SQL query optimization & performance tuning
• Dashboard & report development
• RCM reporting and analytics
• Data validation, reconciliation & governance
• Reporting automation & process improvement
• Data warehouse / enterprise dataset experience
👥 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of BI Analysts
• Oversee operational and executive dashboards
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views and reporting datasets
• Automate repetitive reporting processes
• Establish BI standards, documentation and QA processes
• Partner with business, database and application teams
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
🎓 Qualification: B.E / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science or relevant degree preferred.
