Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pandaria for a professional with CA, CS, CMA, LLB, or MBA qualifications. The role involves managing accounting, taxation, and financial reporting activities, including preparation and review of financial statements, compliance reports, and budgets. The professional will handle corporate governance, secretarial matters, and regulatory filings, as well as support risk management and internal control processes. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reviewing contracts and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and advising on business structures and transactions. The role will collaborate closely with leadership to support strategic planning, business analysis, and value-focused decision-making, while working with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CMA, LLB, or MBA (Finance, Business, or related field); a combination of these qualifications is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements and budgets.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and secretarial practices, with experience in regulatory compliance and statutory filings.
- Experience in legal review of contracts, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, business planning, and performance tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort with using business and finance software tools, spreadsheets, and relevant ERP or accounting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Prior experience in an entrepreneurial or growth-focused organization is an advantage.
