Role : Lead Generation Specialist
Salary : As per interview
Location : Permanent Remote,
Timings : 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon to Sat)
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook&Instagram), Google Ads, and Social Media platforms.
This role is focused on one thing: generating high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost while maintaining conversion quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Planning&Execution
● Plan and launch lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
● Set up campaign structures including audience targeting, creatives, and budgets
● Manage both Lead Form campaigns and WhatsApp/Website conversion campaigns
2. Performance Optimization
● Monitor daily campaign performance (CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate)
● Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
● Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
3. Lead Quality Management
● Work closely with sales team to understand lead quality
● Optimize campaigns not just for volume but for conversion-ready leads
● Implement filters and targeting strategies to improve lead intent
4. Creative Strategy
● Collaborate with design/content team for ad creatives
● Suggest hooks, ad copies, and angles based on audience behavior
● A/B test creatives and messaging regularly
5. Tracking&Analytics
● Set up and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, Conversion Tracking)
● Analyze campaign data using Ads Manager and Google Analytics
● Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
6. Funnel Optimization
● Improve landing pages and lead forms for better conversion rates
● Identify drop-offs in funnel and suggest improvements
7. Reporting&Performance Tracking
● Maintain accurate records of lead activities, including databases, feedback and sales outcomes.
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status and success.
● Work towards meeting and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
8. Leadership&Growth Opportunities
● Take initiative in improving lead generation processes and implementing best practices.
● Mentor juniors and assist in their professional growth.
● Develop strategic hiring solutions that align with company growth plans.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
● 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
● Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
● Experience in running Lead Forms, WhatsApp campaigns&Landing Page campaigns
● Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
● Familiarity with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
● Ability to analyze data and take performance-driven decisions
● Basic understanding of copywriting and ad creatives
