Role Overview
Acelot Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced HR Operations & Blue-Collar Recruitment Specialist to independently lead hiring, HR operations, and workforce compliance management for large-scale blue-collar workforce deployment across India. The role requires strong recruitment expertise across South India, deep knowledge of HRMS systems, labour law compliance, and the ability to source, evaluate, and deploy skilled and semi-skilled workforce across technical and facility management roles.
Key Responsibilities1. Blue-Collar Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Facility Management Staff, Security Guards, HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, BMS Operators, Carpenters, Gardeners, Maintenance Technicians, Housekeeping Staff, and Multi-skilled Technicians.
Build strong talent pipelines across South India and conduct bulk hiring drives.
Partner with training institutes, contractors, and trade schools.
2. Job Portal & Digital Hiring Expertise
Source candidates through platforms such as Apna, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other blue-collar recruitment platforms. Create effective job postings, conduct large-scale screening, skill evaluation, and maintain candidate databases.
3. HRMS & HR Operations Management
Hands-on management of HRMS platforms including attendance tracking, leave management, employee database management, payroll inputs, onboarding documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
4. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act, Contract Labour Act and state-wise Minimum Wages Act. Maintain statutory documentation and ensure labour audit readiness.
5. Workforce Deployment & HR Administration
Manage onboarding of large blue-collar workforce, maintain attendance systems, coordinate manpower deployment with operations teams, and manage employee grievance processes.
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment and HR operations.
Experience in facility management, manpower staffing, or the security services industry preferred.
Language Skills
Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam preferred. Hindi and English required.
Technical Skills
Strong experience with HRMS platforms and digital recruitment systems.
Experience handling large blue-collar workforce databases and attendance systems.
Compliance Knowledge
Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, labour compliance documentation, and state-wise minimum wage requirements.
Key Competencies
Strong recruitment execution capability.
Ability to hire at scale.
Process discipline and compliance orientation.
Excellent communication and workforce management skills.
