Hiring: Junior Architect | Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
Position: Junior Architect
Location: Belapur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Week Off: Sunday
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Architect with hands-on site experience and a basic understanding of regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate should be strong in coordination, follow-ups, and project support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
- Ensure compliance with CIDCO, NMMC, and relevant building regulations
- Work with basic knowledge of RERA / CP Rules and FSI calculations
- Coordinate with the environmental team for approvals and documentation
- Manage meeting schedules and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain strong follow-ups with internal teams, consultants, and clients
- Assist in drawings, documentation, and project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of building approvals, rules, and FSI
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
