Role Description
This is an on-site, contract-based role based in Lucknow for a Java with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering Java and DSA training programs to professionals and aspiring developers. Responsibilities include preparing course content, conducting interactive training sessions, resolving technical queries, assessing student progress, and creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Collaboration with internal teams to update the curriculum based on evolving industry trends is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java programming and hands-on experience with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Strong experience in training, mentoring, or teaching technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with course design, content preparation, and the ability to explain complex technical topics in an easy-to-understand way.
- Understanding of software development practices and ability to demonstrate practical applications of Java and DSA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced certifications in Java/DSA are a plus).
- Previous experience in a corporate training environment or technical education is highly advantageous.
