Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Java with DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Trainer, located in Lucknow. The role involves conducting technical training sessions on core Java programming and data structures, preparing custom course materials, and mentoring participants through interactive, hands-on learning. The trainer will assess participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and align training objectives with corporate and technical industry standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to optimize training deliverables is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Core Java programming and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs, specifically in Java and DSA concepts
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities to effectively engage participants
- Ability to design and develop course materials tailored to participants' skill levels
- Understanding of industry trends and requirements for Java and DSA expertise
- Prior experience in a teaching, training, or mentoring role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
