Role Description
This is a contract role for a Hiring Java Python Trainer at CertED Technologies. The position is on-site and based in Vadodara. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions in Java and Python, guiding learners through practical coding exercises, and designing curricula tailored to individual and organizational needs. Trainers will collaborate with institutional partners, evaluate trainee performance, and provide mentorship to support skill development in software technologies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in core programming languages including Java and Python
- Familiarity with Full Stack Development and related frameworks
- Ability to design and deliver technical training programs in corporate or institutional settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting in software development environments
- Ability to develop assessments, evaluate learner progress, and offer constructive feedback
- Relevant certifications in Java, Python, or training methodologies are preferred
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
