About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join a technology-focused team in Europe. The successful candidate will support IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, and day-to-day technology operations while helping maintain reliable and efficient IT services.
This is an opportunity for professionals with hands-on IT engineering experience who are interested in working in an international technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and network environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support servers, cloud platforms, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
- Implement and maintain IT security and access-control procedures.
- Perform system upgrades, configuration, backups, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and IT procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology vendors.
- Contribute to infrastructure improvement and IT projects.
- Follow organizational security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant IT engineering or infrastructure experience.
- Knowledge of networking, operating systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS is an advantage.
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Understanding of IT security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Salary & Benefits
Indicative salary: €45,000–€70,000 gross per year, depending on country, employer, experience, and qualifications.
