About the Opportunity
We are a Hyderabad-based real estate development group with 3+ years of professional excellence, focused on delivering 2 lakh+ sq. ft. of affordable, high-quality residential spaces.
We are looking for a seasoned Fundraising Consultant to lead a high-impact private placement initiative and support our next phase of hyper-growth.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Capital Sourcing:
Leverage networks across Family Offices, UHNIs, and AIF Category II Funds to raise capital via Structured Debt/NCDs (Target Yield: 16–18%).
🔹 Investor Presentation:
Refine and strengthen the Investment Memorandum, showcasing execution track record and zero-default history.
🔹 Investment Narrative:
Position the company’s strong repayment track record and asset-value potential effectively to investors.
🔹 Capital Optimization:
Design strategies for refinancing existing credit into efficient long-term structured instruments.
🔹 Governance Transition:
Support compliance alignment and readiness for institutional-grade due diligence (MCA 2026 framework).
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Strong network with HNI/UHNI investors, Family Offices, CIOs, and Wealth Managers
✔ 12+ years of experience in Investment Banking / Private Banking / Real Estate Finance
✔ Proven deal closure experience (₹25 Cr – ₹100 Cr range)
✔ Deep expertise in NCD structures, Section 42 compliance & security cover
