Topsia Website Designs is a full-service digital agency helping local businesses
across India, Ireland, UK, USA, Australia and Canada grow with websites, SEO,
and Google/Meta Ads. We're growing fast and looking for a driven Web Sales
Representative to join our team on-site at our Science City office.
This is a target-driven sales role — you'll be talking to business owners,
understanding their needs, and closing deals on website design, SEO, and
digital marketing packages.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right website/SEO/ads package
- Follow up consistently on leads and quotations until closed
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM/tracker
- Coordinate with the delivery team after closing to ensure a smooth handover
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales (web/IT/digital marketing sales preferred,
but strong sales instinct in any field is welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident on phone/video calls with clients
- Basic understanding of websites, SEO or digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory — training provided)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced small-team environment
- Laptop/smartphone literate; comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email and spreadsheets

- Fixed Saturday–Sunday off
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM, on-site at our Science City office
