Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The role involves supervising and managing the execution of interior design projects, ensuring high-quality standards are met within set timelines and budgets. The Interior Site Supervisor will coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members, oversee daily site operations, inspect project progress, and ensure adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and principles
- Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Knowledge of Performance Management systems and processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and work in a dynamic, construction project environment
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in construction sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience supervising interior site projects is highly desirable
