Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Hiring Interior Designer and Counselor Trainers, based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include planning and designing interior spaces, creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and curating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and providing mentorship or training to aspiring professionals in interior design and counseling. The individual will collaborate with teams to execute projects efficiently and adhere to high standards of design and functionality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to implement functional and aesthetic solutions.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into executable plans.
- Experience in FF&E selection and curation to enhance design outcomes.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills to provide effective training and counseling.
- A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required; a master's degree or certifications in counseling is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role or corporate training for interior design is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on-site in a professional environment.
