Inside Sales Executive (Healthcare / B2B Sales)
Location: Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 0–1 Year

About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and proactive
Inside Sales Executive to engage with
Gynecologists, Hospitals, and Andrology Labs and drive business growth through effective communication, relationship building, and consistent deal closures.
This is not a typical sales role. You will be working in a specialized healthcare segment where understanding the customer’s professional environment, challenges, and decision-making process is critical. Your role will involve interacting with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare decision-makers who expect clarity, respect, and value-driven conversations.
You will be responsible for initiating and managing sales conversations, identifying opportunities, and guiding prospects toward adopting our products and solutions (such as
IUI clinic setup, fertility-related offerings, or
andrology solutions). This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, product understanding, strategic thinking, and a “closure-first” mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inside sales calls to Gynecologists, Hospitals, and Andrology Labs
- Understand the specific requirements, challenges, and goals of healthcare professionals and institutions
- Identify opportunities to position relevant products/services such as IUI clinic setup or related solutions
- Build trust and credibility with medical professionals through clear, respectful, and value-driven communication
- Conduct in-depth need analysis to recommend the most suitable solution
- Stay updated on healthcare market trends, fertility industry demand, and patient flow dynamics
- Perform competitor research to understand how other providers are positioned in the market
- Confidently handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiation scenarios
- Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette, especially while dealing with doctors and senior professionals
- Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations tailored to healthcare audiences
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and deal progress
- Ensure all customer interactions, follow-ups, and updates are recorded accurately in the CRM
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pipeline, conversions, and performance
- Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest but delay decisions
- Respect the time constraints of healthcare professionals and schedule interactions accordingly
- Utilize non-calling time to refine sales strategies, improve scripts, and analyze past performance
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth execution
- Take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from first contact to final deal closure
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Ability to understand clinical/business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Quick learning ability, especially for healthcare products and technical concepts
- Self-driven and proactive attitude with minimal supervision
- Team collaboration skills and willingness to contribute to shared goals
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Strong understanding of product offerings and competitor positioning
- Good decision-making ability, especially during live sales conversations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, healthcare sales, or customer engagement roles
- Educational background in Bio, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields
- Strong interest in healthcare, medical services, and B2B sales
- High energy, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, clinic owners, and professionals
- Positive attitude with resilience to handle rejection and follow-ups
- Strong focus on achieving closures and meeting targets
