Hiring Immediately Admission Counsellor For a B School located in Bengaluru, Karnataka 560091
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students on career planning, specialisation choices, and industry opportunities.
- Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking.
- Coordinate placement activities, career workshops, and employer interactions.
- Provide counselling on internships, higher studies, certifications, and career transitions.
- Maintain relationships with recruiters, corporate partners, and alumni networks.
- Track student career progress and maintain counselling records.
- Conduct aptitude, skill, and career assessment sessions for students.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Counselling, or related field.
- Certification in Career Counselling or Training & Development preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in career counselling, student placement, or talent development.
- Prior experience in a B School, higher education institute, or corporate HR/placement role preferred.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and industry networking skills.
Salary Offered : 30k to 50k
