Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an R2R Executive specializing in Cost Accounting and Fixed Assets, based in Pune, India. The role requires managing and maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing fixed asset management processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, performing reconciliation tasks, and providing detailed financial reporting. The R2R Executive will work closely with the finance team to support audits, improve cost efficiency, and help streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cost Accounting and Fixed Asset Management
- Ability to perform financial reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Proficient knowledge in financial processes, reporting, and audit practices
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency with financial software and tools, such as MS Excel or ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role; experience in shared services or multinational environments is a plus
