Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and efficiency. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior customer service experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Available to work in office. Comfortable for rotational shift Comfortable for immediate joining
