Hiring Hub Consultancy is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and efficiency. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior customer service experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Available to work in office. Comfortable for rotational shift Comfortable for immediate joining
