Role Description
The HR Recruiter Intern role at Amrapali Solutions is a full-time remote position. The intern will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Other responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment databases, and assisting in creating job descriptions while ensuring compliance with the company's hiring practices. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives and maintaining communication with potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and candidates
- Familiarity with HR tools, databases, and basic recruitment software is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote working environment
- Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (final-year students may apply)
📌 Internship Options:
Full-Time: 2 Months (Unpaid) → Stipend after successful selection
Part-Time (Training Mode): 4 Months (Unpaid) → Stipend after successful selection
🎯 Role Overview
This role is focused purely on candidate sourcing and initial screening.
You will align candidate profiles with provided Job Descriptions (JDs) and support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms
Screen profiles as per JD requirements
Maintain structured candidate database
Share shortlisted candidates with reporting manager
Meet weekly sourcing targets
⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of Boolean search
Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to handle sourcing targets
