Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Hiring Recruitment Specialist to join our dedicated team in Gurugram. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of partial work-from-home opportunities while requiring presence at our office for certain tasks. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, conducting interviews, facilitating communication with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies. The role also involves providing training and guidance to new hires, ensuring their smooth transition into the organization.
📌 Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend:
1st Month: Training Period (No Pay)
2nd Month onwards: ₹6,000 per month Incentives also add
- Based on performance, the internship may be extended and converted into a full-time role.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Assist in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records
- Support course coordination and student communication
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment team
🎓 Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
- Skills in personnel management and record maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid and team-oriented environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior HR internship or coursework is an advantage
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to source, screen, and select top-tier talent
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Training to onboard and guide new employees within the organization
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent time-management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
