Role Description
This is a full-time HR Intern position in a hybrid work environment, based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. As an HR Intern, you will assist in daily HR functions, including assisting with HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, managing personnel files, and supporting HR management processes. You will also help in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in human resource management and organizational functions.
📌 Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend:
1st Month: Training Period (No Pay)
2nd Month onwards: ₹6,000 per month Incentives also add
- Based on performance, the internship may be extended and converted into a full-time role.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Assist in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records
- Support course coordination and student communication
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment team
🎓 Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
- Skills in personnel management and record maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid and team-oriented environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior HR internship or coursework is an advantage
