💰 Salary: ₹4–5 LPA + Performance Incentives
We’re looking for a hands-on *HR Generalist* who can own end-to-end HR operations and grow into a leadership role as we scale.
This is not a typical HR role — you’ll work closely with founders and directly impact hiring, culture, and team growth.
What You’ll Do
✔ Manage hiring end-to-end (JD creation → screening → offer rollout)
✔ Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HRMS
✔ Act as the go-to person for employee queries and engagement
✔ Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
✔ Support payroll inputs and basic finance coordination
✔ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–5 years of HR experience (startup experience preferred)
✔ Strong ownership mindset – someone who gets things done
✔ Good knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation
✔ Comfortable working across HR + basic operations + coordination
✔ Basic Excel and HRMS knowledge
