About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end hiring process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
- Manage exit process and full & final settlements
3. HR Operations- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
4. Employee Engagement- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Address employee queries and resolve concerns
- Support a positive workplace culture
5. Policy & Compliance- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data
Requirements- Minimum 6 months of HR experience (preferably in startups or e-commerce)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
