We are seeking a competent and driven HR Executive to manage core HR functions and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support HR operations, policies, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Candidate Profile- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
