About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Growth Operations Executive – ONDC Business to support the expansion of our operations on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) platform.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in e-commerce, marketplace operations, business growth, and data analysis. The selected candidate will work closely with the Growth and Operations teams to drive seller onboarding, catalog management, order monitoring, and business performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily growth and operational activities for the ONDC business.
- Assist in seller onboarding, product listing, and catalog management.
- Monitor order processing, cancellations, returns, and customer experience metrics.
- Analyze business performance data and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Track KPIs such as GMV, order conversion, seller activation, and customer retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an added advantage.
