We are hiring a creative Gen Z video editor who knows how to turn podcasts into viral content.
This is not basic editing.
We want someone who understands attention, hooks, and internet culture.
What you will do
Edit 3 camera podcast videos with clean cuts and proper lip sync
Identify viral moments from each podcast
Create 3 high impact clips (2 to 10 minutes each)
Create 4 reels or shorts from every podcast
Repurpose content for multiple platforms
Platforms you will handle

What we expect
Any real editing experience (podcast or content)
Strong creativity and fast execution
Understanding of reels, shorts, and viral formats
Good sense of storytelling and hooks
Setup required
Your own powerful laptop
