Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a seamless, high-end clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach

Manage appointments, scheduling, and walk-ins efficiently

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and client follow-ups

Maintain accurate client records, billing, and payment coordination

Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, and internal teams

Promote and upsell clinic services, packages, and memberships

Ensure the reception area maintains premium hygiene and presentation standards

Key Skills Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and friendly personality

Previous Experience In a Clinic/hospital Is Preferred

Basic MS Excel and computer proficiency

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or relevant certification preferred

1-2 years of experience in front desk, administration, or a similar role

Familiarity with clinic or healthcare operations is a plus
