Hiring Freshers / Interns – Business Development Executive 🚀
ITEOS LLP is looking for enthusiastic Freshers or Interns to join our team as Business Development Executives.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office
Compensation: Up to ₹3 LPA
Growth Opportunity: Salary revision after 6 months based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify potential leads through research, databases, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
✅ Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
✅ Pitch IT and SAP services/solutions to prospective clients.
✅ Understand client requirements and align suitable solutions.
✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions and regularly update CRM tools.
✅ Collaborate with senior sales team members to strategize and close deals.
✅ Track sales performance and assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
✅ Perform data analysis using Excel to derive insights and support decision-making.
