We’re looking for motivated & dynamic Technical Recruiters to join our India office! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hiring, this is for you.
📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab
🕒 Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Permanent Night Shift)
📅 Work Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (No bar for deserving candidates)

🔍 What You’ll Do:
• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen & evaluate IT candidates
• Manage hiring cycle & offer negotiations
• Build strong candidate & stakeholder relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree (IT preferred)
• 1 or 2+ year recruitment experience (IT hiring preferred)
• Strong English communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setup
